The romance has died and the promise of special love has crashed and burned. It always does. Now that same relationship that had the purpose of supporting and glorifying the ego becomes a major force in undoing the ego. Learning and forgiveness opportunities abound. Now, instead of the relationship teaching you that you are separate and special, you can learn that you are one – that you but do a dance with your Self. As you recognize the inclusive oneness of love, your relationship stops being exclusive and becomes a phenomenal teaching accomplishment. ~ Benny

1. Today We Affirm: I was born for greatness and glory. I am an extension of the One Life, a beam of Light shining from the Source. I will not hide my Light today nor hold it back. In boldness and courage I step into my Greatness. Greatness is my very nature. I need do nothing to prove it. I RELAX into greater realization of Who I am and of the limitless possibilities that lay before me today. What a glorious day to be alive and part of the Great Plan of returning us all to full awareness of the Glory within. ~ Jacob Glass

2. David Hoffmeister’s 7 minute video on Experiencing the Christmas With IN http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvuuM-QMMOM

3. Struggle and Resistance: Our attachment to specific results often puts pressure on ourselves or others. It makes it more difficult for things to unfold naturally. As a result, we experience struggle and resistance. ~ Paul Ferrini

4. If there is anyone in our life that we would cast into outer darkness and never look upon again, then know that we cast a part of ourselves into that intended oblivion. I cannot awaken to the wholeness and completion of US without all of you. Look again, if only in your mind. Let Love and forgiveness shine a different light on what we would cast away.

5. People do not show up in my life by accident. If certain types of people that I do not like keep showing up then I must learn that they are representing aspects of me that I need to become aware of and forgive. They are helping to teach me what I am. I will hear what is not love as a call for love, and I will teach and learn that I am love.

1. I am grateful for this day. Looking through the eyes of Love, all I see is the power and grace of Love. No matter the circumstances, I choose Love. For this, I am Grateful. ~ Eugene D. Holden

2. “To me, the whole of Life is holy (Wholly). All that exists is Holy, unconditionally Holy. I don’t have any condemnation for anything.” OSHO

3. “May the sun bring you new energy by day, may the moon softly restore you by night, may the rain wash away your worries, may the breeze blow new strength into your being, may you walk through the world, and know its beauty all the days of your life.” Apache Blessing

4. “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.” – Rainer Maria Rilke

1. Any story that we tell about ourselves is food for the ego. There IS NO Authentic “story”.

2. “Self-hate is based on the premise that underneath is self-love. Self-hate comes from the idea that we have somehow fallen short of the Love that we are.” – Dalai Lama

I was floored by this one, how common-sensical! How obvious!–I hate myself when I go against the Love that I am. I go against the Love that I am when I buy into the negative false beliefs my ego holds.
So how do I get back to the Love that I am? I get to know, and then undo, the negative beliefs I hold, then, one by one, bit by bit, step by step, I will uncover that Love.

3. Laughter, affection, kindness, joy, exercise, self-care, sharing are all ways to feed our hearts and to reverse heart dis-ease. ~ Jacob Glass

4. Just a re-minder…. Be Aware of the temptation to blame, judge, condemn, and attack. To compare and compete. To correct or try to fix our brother. That’s not our job. Forgive and ask for help to see the Christ in the “other”. Greet each “other” with a smile. Treat each “other” as you would want to be treated. Love one another. Let this be the essence of our Spiritual practice, for it is only our Self that we meet and it is our Self that we would find and know. Everything I GIVE, I GIVE to myself… IF I don’t like what I am GETTING, I can look at what I AM GIVING…

5. “When you meet anyone, remember it is a holy (Wholly) encounter. As you see him you will see yourself. As you treat him you will treat yourself. As you think of him you will think of yourself. Never forget this, for in him you will find yourself or lose yourself.”  ~ A Course In Miracles

1. “When you realize that every stressful moment you experience is a gift that points you to your own freedom, life becomes very kind.” ~ Byron Katie

2. Who is the mind actually speaking to? You assume it is to you, the Self, but is it only to your self-image, the ego which you imagine is your true self. But are you ready and willing to look at this? There is a reluctance to question this, because it feels like gambling with everything you believe you have and are. We want to feel ok, but not k.o. You want to feel ‘okay’ with your projections rather than having them ‘knocked out!’ My encouragement to you is to stop protecting that which is suffocating your true freedom. ~ Mooji

3. This world will always break your heart. You come here looking for love and happiness, and the ego always has you looking in all the wrong places. Funny thing is, when you do finally find it by looking within rather than ‘out there,’ then you see it everywhere.

4. If Love were my only Purpose today, there would be no reason for anything else!

5. Have a holy relationship with wholeness. There really is no other kind of holy relationship. You can do this with or without your special relationship. If you enter into a holy relationship with your special relationship then that special relationship is used by the Holy Spirit to demonstrate and teach only love.

6.  When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside of you as fate. ~ Carl Jung

1. “A holy relationship is a common state of mind, where both give errors gladly to correction, that both may happily be healed as one.” ~ A Course In Miracles

2. We cannot be prepared for something while secretly believing it will not happen…~  Nelson Mandala

3. “Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.” ~ Epicurus

4. Indeed, work is Love made visible. I can offer no more powerful advice than Gibran provides. Do what you love, love what you do. It is a choice you can make beginning now. ~ Wayne Dyer

1. Lack of communication pivots on the inability to clearly listen…. (the ability to listen is 90% of all communication, try pausing and then repeat back what you heard, ask if that is what they said, if not, ask them to repeat it or for clarity)

2. “Our purpose is not to change the world or its people, but only the way we perceive them … ‘Nothing external alters.’ …” – Kenneth Wapnick, Journey Through The Manual of ACIM, p. 88

3. You do not realize how much you have misused your brothers by seeing them as sources of ego support.  As a result, they witness to the ego in your perception, and seem to provide reasons for not letting it go.  Yet they are far stronger and much more compelling witnesses for the Holy (Wholly) Spirit.  And they support His strength.  It is, therefore, your choice whether they support the ego or the Holy Spirit in you.(15-II-4)

You can use, or misuse, your relationship with your brother.  You have a choice.  What is the goal you would achieve?  You can lose yourself, or you can find your Self.  You can use your brother to support your ego and the idea of separation, or you can let go and allow your relationship to lead you to experience the union of Spirit, and the wholeness of your reality.

4. “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” — from The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
