Once you commit and are determined to seek and serve only God/Good/Divine Love/Source and the greater good your whole act gets cleaned up. Addictions to substances and hurtful relationships easily fall away. Your needs are miraculously met. Your way of serving only separate interests is lost, but a new way is made straight and all obstacles removed. It’s no longer about the survival and comfort of a separate little you – it’s about healing a bigger all-inclusive YOU.

The romance has died and the promise of special love has crashed and burned. It always does. Now that same relationship that had the purpose of supporting and glorifying the ego becomes a major force in undoing the ego. Learning and forgiveness opportunities abound. Now, instead of the relationship teaching you that you are separate and special, you can learn that you are one – that you but do a dance with your Self. As you recognize the inclusive oneness of love, your relationship stops being exclusive and becomes a phenomenal teaching accomplishment. ~ Benny

Thoughts and Quotes for Today 3.27.14 March 27, 2014

1. “I’d rather let my spirit fly free, than be caged by religion. Become a Buddha not a Buddhist; become a Christ not a Christian. One implies an awakened state of consciousness, the other a dogmatic approach to life.”God” is too big for one religion. Love & quantum physics are my religion. At one level, all religious traditions have the same aim—to transform the individual into a positive being. I love Jesus, I love Shiva, I love Krishna, I love Buddha. All rivers lead to the same ocean. “I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us.” ~ John Lennon

2. Relationship works best when you recognize that it is just you doing a dance with yourself. The more you give, the more you get, and the only thing that can be lacking is the love you fail to give. The more angry and upset you get, the more angry and upset the other gets. The more loving and peaceful you get the more loving and peaceful the other gets. And what you see in the other you strengthen in yourself because that is what you are focusing on.  And I am always in relation with the self. so, which self am I relating to? the small ‘s’ self or the Authentic ‘S’ Self?

3. Today, practice stepping back from a situation where you are deeply attached, where your heart races or your palms are sweating up a storm. Think about how trivial this incident is from the broad perspective of your True and Authentic Self. It really does not matter all that much. Go within. Allow Faith to move your Spirit in the direction you WANT not the direction you fear…

1. I had an abusive relationship once and I found a way out. That relationship was with myself. ~ Byron Katie

2. Self Nurturing is far more than pampering, it’s about returning Home to your Heart… Brene Brown

3. We are sensitive to the suffering of others because our awareness has expanded and become more inclusive. The next step is to transform that suffering by bringing light into the darkness rather than letting that pain pull us down into the swamp of sadness and suffering.

4. We may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but you can control your attitude and how you deal with it. 4

1. Usually when we are sad it is because we are focusing on the exclusive story of little you, rather than on the magnitude of the inclusive wholeness of you. We know we are making progress when our little story does not concern us the way it used to. There is something much larger, expansive, certain and joyful in our awareness.

2. We are making choices every moment – choosing to forgive or hold grievances – to serve separate interests or the greater good – choosing love or fear – strength or weakness – to be aware and present or to let our mind wander, etc. The purpose of learning is to be aware and to make better choices – choices that lead to peace, freedom and an awareness of Love – choices that render a state of mind that is ripe for a shift in awareness – a broad expansive re-association of the mind that is all-inclusive.

3. The middle way is pretty much like being in the world but not of it. We still seem to be here but we are no longer deceived by any of it. We no longer feel threatened or fearful. We may appear to participate but we are not concerned about results. We smile a lot more as our light blesses the world. And absolutely nothing disturbs our peace.

4. Byron Katie is masterful at unraveling the mind: “As long as we’re at war with our own minds, we’re at war with the world and with the whole human race. Because as long as we want to get rid of our thoughts, anyone that we meet is likely to become an enemy. There is only one mind, and people are going to tell us what we haven’t dealt with yet in our own thinking. “You’re fat. You’re stupid. You’re not good enough.” If you are an enemy to your own mind, other people have to become enemies too, sooner or later. Until you understand, until you can love the thoughts that appear in your mind, then you can’t love the rest of us. You work with the projector — the mind — not the projected world. I can’t really love you until I question the mind that thinks it sees you outside itself.” -Arjuna Ardagh “The Translucent view”

5. Thank you, Thank You , Thank YOU…
