1. Finding the Light Within: You are the light of the world, but you do not know it because you have not looked deeply enough into your own heart. Take a moment to look. Take a moment to find the light that dances in dark night within.

See those deep colors penetrating the black clouds, the hands of light reaching to the horizon. Until you can see the light in yourself you cannot bring it to the world. ~ Everyday Wisdom by Paul Ferrini

2. When I am unhappy and fearful – when I experience pain and suffering of any kind, it is only because I listened to the lies of the ego and allowed myself to believe in illusions.

3.  Rampages of Appreciation by Jacob Glass

A consciousness of wanting, creates a consciousness of greater and greater wanting. A Gratitude Consciousness creates more and more appreciation and gratitude. The ego is only interested in loss and what is not here, with small breaks during which it is focused on what it would like to get rid of. It is yet another major way that the ego has plans to ruin your joy in THIS moment.

Gratitude is the fastest way to abundance NOW because it has the audacity to be grateful even in times that the ego finds totally unacceptable. Gratitude is perhaps the simplest and fastest neutralizer of fear and worry. It is a way to take back the power of now because gratitude is experienced in the now. Too often, we don’t know what we’ve got til it’s gone, as the song says. The pattern this sets up is, dissatisfied in the present, regretful about the past, worried about the future. This is  how ego steals our joy.

Additionally, gratitude clears the way for love. The Course says, “for can love be far behind a grateful heart and thankful mind?” The more grateful we are, the more loving we tend to become. The more ungrateful we are, the harder and more critical we become. Abraham talks about going on “rampages of appreciation” each day as a way to quickly move up the emotional/vibrational scale. This is also a major ABUNDANCE PRACTICE. True abundance is not about the endless acquisition of more and more things and experiences – it is fully experiencing and savoring whatever is already here. You might not even be aware of how truly wealthy and abudnant you are in this moment because you are so focused on some imaginary future moment.

Neutralize all fear, worry and darkness today with frequent rampages of appreciation. You may even want to get a journal and start to LITERALLY list and COUNT your blessings each month. Make it a game with yourself in which you try to beat your record each month. These are the games that happy children play.

1. “Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.” ~ Rumi ♥

2. Our days show up happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind….

3. Let go of the past and the past will Let Go of YOU…

4. Living a life of Love does not happen to you; but through You….

5. “The truth is that waking up can be a disturbing process. Who really wants to find out that everything they thought was real was nothing but a pocket full of dreams? Who wants to find out that everything they hold onto and cling to is the very reason they suffer? Who really wants to find out that we’re all addicted to qualities like approval, recognition, control, and power, and that none of these things actually bring an end to suffering? In fact, they’re the cause of suffering! So the truth is that most of us don’t really want to wake up. We don’t really want to end suffering. What we really want to do is manage our suffering to have a little less of it, so that we can just go on with our lives as they are, unchanged, the way we want to live them, maybe feeling a little better about them.” ~ Adyashanti

1. No one saves us but ourselves. No one can. And no one may. We ourselves must walk the Path.  ~ Buddha

2. Nobody is responsible for your own sadness except for you. Nobody is responsible for your fear except you. You are the only person responsible for any and all of your emotions… positive, negative, and everything in between….

Taking 100% responsibility for my emotional journey means being willing NOT to shift shame, blame and guilt onto the world I see… and OWN my own emotions that are coming UP for me in the moment… IF I blame it on circumstances, or on what YOU are doing, I will MISS the opportunity to HEAL MY false beliefs… Why would I be upset for someone pushing my buttons when they are MY BUTTONS…

3. The Wild Woman is only intimidating to those who are not yet free. She’s our mirror of all that we are, or all that we have to become. She is the living invitation!

4. “Life isn’t as serious as my mind makes it out to be.” -Eckhart Tolle
