1. I will greet this day with love in my heart. ~ Og Mandino

2. “It’s no fun eating all the so-called ‘healthy’ foods out of fear of getting sick, and being miserable about it. Being anxious causes a whole other set of problems. Our bodies are actually a lot more resilient than we give them credit for, particularly if we’re happy and not under stress.

Even when I choose to eat healthfully, I do so out of love instead of fear. That’s my method in every aspect of my life, and I invite you to live the same way.” ~ Anita Moorjani

3. Life is not happening to you, it’s responding to your thoughts.

4. I have been a seeker and still am, but I stopped asking books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my soul. ~ Rumi

5. I got a look at the two different sides of my own split mind. There was that human side sitting in the darkness – all rigid and contracted with petty little personal concerns. And there was that free spirit side dancing in the light – totally enjoying and freely sharing the moment without even a hint of concern about anything.

1. “When you realize that every stressful moment you experience is a gift that points you to your own freedom, life becomes very kind.” ~ Byron Katie

2. Who is the mind actually speaking to? You assume it is to you, the Self, but is it only to your self-image, the ego which you imagine is your true self. But are you ready and willing to look at this? There is a reluctance to question this, because it feels like gambling with everything you believe you have and are. We want to feel ok, but not k.o. You want to feel ‘okay’ with your projections rather than having them ‘knocked out!’ My encouragement to you is to stop protecting that which is suffocating your true freedom. ~ Mooji

3. This world will always break your heart. You come here looking for love and happiness, and the ego always has you looking in all the wrong places. Funny thing is, when you do finally find it by looking within rather than ‘out there,’ then you see it everywhere.

4. If Love were my only Purpose today, there would be no reason for anything else!

5. Have a holy relationship with wholeness. There really is no other kind of holy relationship. You can do this with or without your special relationship. If you enter into a holy relationship with your special relationship then that special relationship is used by the Holy Spirit to demonstrate and teach only love.

6.  When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside of you as fate. ~ Carl Jung

1. We are very limited when we choose by our ego. Our ego is conditioned by the past. Let your higher conscious take over.

2. Try being a witness, not a judge. Focusing on our Self, not on others. Listening to our heart, not to the crowds…

3.“Keep forgiving. Train your mind to shift. Know that your mind is a very powerful tool and it’s also an empty space, so whatever you put in it will be powerful, because it is a powerful space. The mind doesn’t know if what is put into it is negative or positive, because there is no discernment in the mind – it’s like an empty space and it’s very powerful . So whatever you put there will grow and grow very strongly; therefore, being positive is very important.” ~ Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi  (Think about what you are thinking about today… the mind does not know the difference between fact or fiction, why not thinking about what makes you feel good)

4. Today We Affirm: I am taking my own emotional journey. I have no time to judge or criticize what others are doing or choosing on their emotional journey. And as I stay strong in my own choices for joy I attract and inspire others who want the same thing. I live by attraction, not manipulation. It’s more fun. ~ Jacob Glass

5. “I vow to let go of all worries and anxiety in order to BE light and free.” ~ Thich Nhat Han

6. The more we are motivated by Love, the more fearless and free our actions will be…

1. “Spare yourself from seeking love, approval, or appreciation—from anyone. And watch what happens in reality, just for fun.” – Katie

2. Our wishes and desires have our mind wandering off in the future. What we really want is here and now.

3. Problems are not caused by the the world; but, from our thoughts about the world. ~ Pamela

4. As we begin to recognize the Love that we ARE, we approve and appreciate our Self, we no longer connect with the lack of trying to find someone else to do that for us. When we look “within”, instead of looking “outward”, our connection with Source deeply invites us to live the Love that we ARE in every given moment. It is beautiful.

1. This Moment welcomes you just as you ARE…

2. “To understand our own thinking is to understand all thinking. The mind falls in love with itself, and this amazing love affair is not just the end of war, it’s the beginning of a whole new paradigm. It creates out of a space that is so unlimited in its self-love that it doesn’t ever have to be told or proven or seen. It is its own experience. And it’s happy—in that all.” Byron Katie

3. A smile is a glow on our face. It is more powerful than a bulb of one thousand watts and the warmth it gives can serve us more than any electric heater. We are not fully dressed until we wear a smile on our face. A smile has a power of liberating one from the loneliness. There are many friends to receive it and return it abundantly. ~ Binay Maharjan – Nepal

4. “What Jung says is that you should play your role, knowing that it’s not you. It’s a quite different point of view. This requires individuation, separating your ego, your image of yourself, from the social role. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t play the role; it simply means that no matter what you choose to do in life, whether it’s to cop out or to cop in, you are playing a role, and don’t take it too damned seriously. The persona is merely the mask you’re wearing for this game.” ~ Joseph Campbell

Similarly children have fun playing “roles” but we adults forget we are playing them… why not try having some FUN with your “role” today…
