1. What you focus on will manifest. What you resist will persist because you are focusing on it. If you try to solve problems by focusing on them you will likely be perpetuating them. A good way to deal with problems is to trust in, and expect, a miracle. And then stop focusing on them. Trust is the operative factor. If there is something you need to do, you will be told and/or gently lead. Another way to deal with problems is to recognize that you have no problems.

2. We are manifesting things and experiences all of the time. That’s what dreamers do. Most of it is by default. Our fears, judgments, guilt and grievances have been a part of us for so long that we are not aware of what our minds are doing and manifesting. It takes some willingness and vigilance to become aware and to change these default settings. Some of these weeds must be pulled if we would experience gentler more loving dreams

3. Few people can grasp the Truth as it really is. They grasp it intellectually, but when it is grasped in the Heart or It grasps you in the Heart, then It grasps you so fully that there are no longer two. There is no ‘you’ and It, there is only Truth. Truth suffocates the ego.
The grip of God suffocates the ego. It cannot breathe, and merges into the One. ~ Mooji

4. Everything I GIVE, I GIVE to myself…  There is only One. And One is NOT TWO… Outside of me there is nothing. As I see another I see myself. Having rests on me giving. I am the only one that can deprive myself. Whatever I am experiencing I have asked for, and I am doing it to myself. And when I have had enough suffering I will learn to be patient, kind, gentle, merciful and forgiving…. And remember the ego is reading this stuff too, it will use this to induce GUILT, IF I AM RESPONSIBLE, I MUST BE GUILTY… NOPE, not one word of that is True, I am 100% responsible, and 100% INNOCENT at the same time… I CAN CHANGE MY MIND AT ANY TIME…

1. If we defend ourselves we are attacked. By planning for the defense of a self that we are not we are attacking the Self that we ARE. And if we feel defensive about anything we have identified with a self that we are not.

2. The emptiness I speak about is not the emptiness the mind imagines. It is not blank. Your body can continue expressing in a natural way. Intelligence is there. Emotions can come. Everything can play, but inside there is total serenity and peace. No planning, no strategising, no personal identity is there. Just the space of pure being. It is what we are, but we dream and believe we are not. ~ Mooji

3. Bringing Love:  Every block to love lies in your heart and it is there that it must be dissolved. Don’t wait for heaven to come to spread your love around. Do it now. For heaven is in your eyes when you see with compassion. It is in your hands when you reach out to help. It is in your mind when you see “good” instead of “evil.” How you see the world determines what the world will be for you. So do not seek to change other people or the world around you. Look instead only at yourself and you will find the place where Love begins. ~ Paul Ferrini

4. “Once a painful concept is met with understanding, the next time it appears you may find it interesting. What used to be the nightmare is now just interesting. The next time it appears, you may find it funny. The next time, you may not even notice it. This is the power of loving what is.” – Byron Katie

1. “What is IS the highest order.” ~ Byron Katie

2. “Don’t be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

3. “It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all – in which case, you fail by default.” ~ J.K. Rowling

4. You are the judge and the savior No one else can condemn you for your mistake or release you from your guilt. You must come to terms with what you have done. You must acknowledge your error and atone for it. The forgiveness of others is nice to have, but it means nothing if you cannot forgive yourself. ~ Paul Ferrini

1. “Spare yourself from seeking love, approval, or appreciation—from anyone. And watch what happens in reality, just for fun.” – Katie

2. Our wishes and desires have our mind wandering off in the future. What we really want is here and now.

3. Problems are not caused by the the world; but, from our thoughts about the world. ~ Pamela

4. As we begin to recognize the Love that we ARE, we approve and appreciate our Self, we no longer connect with the lack of trying to find someone else to do that for us. When we look “within”, instead of looking “outward”, our connection with Source deeply invites us to live the Love that we ARE in every given moment. It is beautiful.

1. “To be wronged is NOTHING unless you continue to remember it.” Confucius

2. One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. “Which road do I take?” she asked. “Where do you want to go?” was his response. “I don’t know,” Alice answered. “Then,” said the cat, “it doesn’t matter.”

3. “You have chosen the wrong path if it’s not fun. And you are probably not taking enough risk if it’s not hard and rocky sometimes.” – Marc Benioff

4. “You might see the whole Universe as a dream, but so long as there is a ‘you’ seeing this dream as a separate entity, you will be in trouble. Let us hope, gradually you will come to realize that you are also a dreamed figure in this living dream, an integral part of the dream, and not someone apart and separate from it. Then you will be all right.” (One is not two)

1. “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” ~ Buddha

2. What do you value? What is important to you? Where do you look to find your happiness? Simply take an honest look at what you do with your spare time and energy. (Think about what you are thinking about) That is what is important to you. That is where you look to find happiness. What you do attests to what you believe. Actions speak louder than words. What is important to you? Is what you do in alignment with what you say?

3. Ever look around at all the stuff you have and feel empty? Go to shows that used to thrill you and feel flat? Throw party or go to parties and end up feeling blue? Hook up with the hot guy or girl and feel meh? Good! That is our Soul/Spirit calling us IN deeper… to the Truth of our ever-expanding, never-boring, ecstatic Self. We can have all the pretty toys and tricks, pony shows and kicks our little egoic mind desires and it will never quench the thirst of the Soul’s longing to remember itself. Often, in this culture, we run to a doctor, a catalog, or another stimulant looking for that next high or low when each of us carry a whole natural pharmacy of healing remedies inside. When we stop chasing the external, sit still and quiet long enough, and are sincere enough in our desire… eventually, we will hear the voice of our own broken heart calling us back home again to our original Self, the Self that needs nothing outside to feel happy, grateful or alive. Sit. Weep. Pray ♥ You, of all people, deserve your own pure and holy/Wholly Love

4. “Children perceive terrifying ghosts and monsters and dragons, and they are terrified. but if they ask someone they trust for the REAL meaning of what they perceive, and are willing to LET THEIR INTERPRETATIONS GO in favor of Reality, their fear goes with them. When a child is helped to translate his “ghost” into a curtain, his “monster” into a shadow, and his “dragon” into a dream, he is no longer afraid, and laughs happily at his own fear. You, my children, are afraid of your Brothers, and of your Father, and of yourselves. But you are merely deceived in them.

Ask what they are of the Teacher of Reality, and hearing His answer, you too will laugh at your fears and replace them with Peace. For fear lies not in Reality, but in the minds of children who do not understand reality. It is only their lack of understanding that frightens them, and when they learn to perceive truly they are not afraid.” ~ Foundation for Inner Peace…
