Today We Affirm: Here in my own yard, all is well.  I stay in my own business and clean up my own vibration by choosing the thoughts that feel good when I think them. There is a Power and a Presence which guides my actions and leads my feet as I align myself with Higher Thoughts. There is no need to struggle or strive to get somewhere. I am following my joy and peace through the open doors. I am anointed with Grace to accomplish all with ease as I relax into the downstream thoughts, knowing that all is well.Image

Patterns in our thoughts and behaviors… address these emotion and  damaging habits and consequently we can have positive effects on our relationships… we often try to change the “symptoms” not the cause.

Standing for Truth without Attacking Others:

Standing up for truth is a forceful act, but it should not be a violent one.

There will be times when you must stand up for yourself and for others who are being mistreated.

You cannot live your life in a state of fear, cowering in a corner while others make decisions for you.

You must stand up and be counted. However, you can and should do this without attacking others.

It is important to stand up for the truth. However, if you don’t stand in a loving way, it is not truth that you stand for.

Saying “No” in a Loving Way:

You may not think that saying “no” can be a loving act. Yet, if your child is putting his hand on a hot stove, you say “no” quickly and firmly. You do not want him to hurt himself. And then you put your arm around him and reassure him that you love him.

How many times does your brother come to you with his hand on the stove? You cannot support behavior that you know will be hurtful to another person. And you don’t want your friends to support that kind of behavior in you. ~ Everyday Wisdom by Paul Ferrini

Today I Will Judge Nothing That Occurs

Not recognizing how limited was my vision, I thought it possible to pass judgment on the people and events in my life. Yet many of the experiences that I have perceived as difficult or disastrous have provided me with major opportunities to shift my perception. Without these challenges, I could never see that each one gives me another chance to learn the very lessons that I most need.

Today, I will view without judgment every- thing that occurs, and I will remind myself frequently: Everyone exists with me, to be loved, not judged.
