3. The next time we get upset with someone’s behavior, we could think of their body as being a wind-up toy. If we really understood that the body was just a wind-up toy, then it couldn’t upset us, no matter what it said or did. If we really understood that what we were seeing wasn’t true, then it wouldn’t bother us at all. AND we just might be the one who is WINDING them up to keep “them” going.
4. A justified judgment is simply the innocent wish to deny a possibility for Peace of mind.
